A public hearing on the draft Assessment of Fair Housing will be held on March 9, 2017 from 5:30 to 7:00 PM at the Coastal Georgia Center, Room 115, 305 Fahm Street, Savannah, GA 31401 (located behind the Savannah Visitor's Center).
All Savannah residents and representatives of non-profit organizations and community groups are strongly encouraged to participate in this public hearing on the proposed strategies and actions for affirmatively furthering fair housing.
The development of the City of Savannah's new five-year (2018-2022) Housing and Community Development Plan and the proposed use of the City’s 2018 Community Development Block Grant, HOME Investment Partnerships Program, and Emergency Solutions Grant funds to benefit the City’s low income residents will also be discussed at this meeting.
